"This was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had, and it was just a consultation. The office and equipment needs updating. The front desk was overwhelmed trying to check people in and do blood pressure. When I finally seen the doctor he took a look at my X-rays and placed emphasis on getting my wisdom teeth pulled, mind you I needed other work done which was more of a priority. I’m not sure if he gets more money pulling wisdom teeth, which is why he only focuses on that. As the consultation went on, the dentist became increasingly rude, the more questions that I had. His answer to every question was that he’s been doing this longer than I’ve been born. He is also very classist as he will talk down on you for receiving public aid, making it seem like we should be grateful that he accepts it. He will manipulate and scare tactic public aid dental clients into being seen at his clinic as if he is the only provider who accepts it. The way he talked down to me made me cry and feel like I was in a third world country facing discrimination and fear as a woman. Just because I am temporarily on public aid does not mean I fit the stigma. Other reviewers said they left this clinic in tears due to rudeness as well. The way he talked to me there is no way I would trust someone like that to do surgery on me. I’m glad I trusted my intuition and called the number on the back of my insurance card and got referred to another oral surgeon. The other reviews for this clinic concerning his prior lawsuit, the lack of cleanliness, and treatment of his staff is also scary and questionable. The new clinic I got referred to is cleaner, more organized, and the staff is warm. If you are receiving public aid, please call your insurance and ask for someone else. Don’t let this man manipulate you into thinking he’s the only provider who accepts your insurance. Inshallah god made a way for me to find a better provider who cares, and you can too."

"RUN AWAY!!!!! If only I can give them a ZERO. Never in my life had I came across an unprofessional Doctor like Dr. El Deeb himself. His attitude is at an all time high into the negative side. I feel bad for his staff as he was an arse to them and literally felt like he treated them as servants instead of his staff. I left the place and did NOT turn back. Thank goodness I was only there for a consultation."

"Me & my boyfriend went here to get our wisdom teeth removed, the staff is so nice & amazing. They never failed to make us laugh & we personally never had issues here. They were pretty fast with responding to our questions & dealt with an issue with my insurance as soon as they found out I had one. Which meant a lot to me & was very convenient. I appreciated it a lot."

"I recently had four wisdom teeth removed and just got back from my 2 week check up from getting them removed. I know these reviews are all over the place but this was my honest experience. The reception area was very busy and they had many clients. They were straightforward and informative and told me exactly what I needed to know and when they took me to the back to have my teeth removed, the two dental assistants were very accommodating and comforting as they could probably see I was a little nervous. The doctor came in. He greeted me and got straight to work. I felt no pain and no discomfort during the procedure. It was very bizarre because I could kind of hear and kind of feel the motions, but still no pain. It was done very quickly and without any hiccups, and I was on my way back home before I knew it. Thankfully, I healed really well and my check up was a breeze in and out because I had no complications. They asked me how I felt and if there was anything wrong, I told him no and they sent me on my merry way. Honestly, if I have dental work to do in the future or if I know someone I will recommend this dentist office because I was really happy with the work that they did so that’s that."
