"This is a poorly-run operation and I would not recommend getting work done here. I personally will not be going back to Park Dental anywhere. My first appointment started off fine. I had a chipped crown but wanted to get my teeth cleaned while in. Pretty quickly I realized it wasn't up to snuff. The hygienist was not particularly thorough and seemed to rush my teeth. I was done with a cleaning in 15 minutes and knew that my teeth did not get the attention that they get from my other dentists. They did all the x-rays and the dentist came in to take a look. They identified the broken crown, we chose a new crown to move forward with and I made my follow up appointments. I wasn't feeling great about the visit but had already committed so I thought "What the heck?" The morning of my 1st crown appointment they called and said they had to reschedule, a dental assistant had called-off. And hey, I get it, things happen. The second appointment was already booked so we changed plans and used the 2nd appt as the first, and then rescheduled the follow-up for two weeks later. Then today I go in again for that rescheduled 1st crown appointment, and the receptionist tells me there was an emergency and it would be a little bit before they got to me. I thought, "ok, I can wait a bit." But 25 minutes went by without so much as an acknowledgement of my waiting. I don't know about you, but I need to take time away from work for scheduled appointments, and I schedule multiple in an afternoon to make the most of my time-off. When I realized it had been so long and that I would likely be late for my next appointment, I got up and politely informed the receptionist of my discontent. Then I instructed the receptionist to cancel my appointment, my follow up, and give me a release for sending my x-rays and records to another dentist. Originally, this crown should have been complete today, but now I have to call around and find another dentist, then have my records transferred, then schedule another appointment... Save yourself the time, don't go here."

"Dr. Leong is always so patient and finds away to bring amazing sense humor into the room. He is absolutely phenomenal and a great asset to the clinic. I've seen him several times in addition to he has treated my daughter. Great customer service."

"I love going to the dentist, and my dentist and his hygienist are a great part of why. Ever since I got back from serving my country I’ve seen Tony at Park Dental and have always been happier after leaving. It’s nice to have clean teeth and to have help keeping the gums healthy with people you can tell care. Thirty plus years now, and if lucky thirty plus more."

"Been coming to this dental clinic for a long time. I'd say better than most other places I've been to. Too bad they do not take my insurance anymore, however, thankfully they take my husband and kid's insurance. The dental hygienist and dentists are usually friendly and good. My son did mention and say that he really liked the hygienist name Irena. He said she is really good at cleaning his teeth. Inside the clinic usually looks tidy and clean too. There have been a few times where things were billed incorrectly so watch out for that. It has happened a few times and I have had to call to make sure billing was corrected. The other staffs are usually friendly too. But, there is one bigger Caucasian lady who works the front check in desk who is grumpy and rude who I've encountered a few times. Not sure why she works as the front face of the clinic if she is that way. The last time I was at this clinic that same lady happened to work that day too. Same bad attitude. After I checked in, another lady walked in with questions. When that lady left, her and another male staff immediately glanced at each other and laughed at that lady who was emotional and looking for empathy. No remorse from them apparently. Update 2 months later, checked my kids in by a younger lady who was nice, but the rude lady was sitting next to her glaring at my kids. She rudely made a comment to me about my kids and we just walked in. This lady does not need to work in customer service. I am posting her photo. Too many times with her rudeness. It really is unnecessary. I don't know why she is so angry. For what? The one other thing I actually do not like is the orthodontic place, The Dental Specialists that they partner with and send their patients too. Not fond how that other place runs their practice when it comes to minors. It really made me cringe when I could not be in the room with my child who was 7 years old when they were examining her. They only acknowledged and called me in at the end of her appointment. So I'm not sure about that other place."
