"The student that did my highlights did a good job. The owner mixed up my color and asked if I wanted red in it and I said no. When she brought it out for the student she said I put a little red in it. It turned out a horrible red/pink. She cut it and the cut was terrible. She told me if l didn’t like it in a few days to come back and would redo free of charge. I went back and she wasn’t there so Robin worked on it for me. The color was better and she tried to straighten out the cut and did her best. I have short hair and it cost me $70 plus I tipped the student. Which is what I pay at my regular salon."
