"I’m a truck driver and These people stole my money.. I order two meals with two salads.. They charged me $29.29. After waiting 10 minutes for my food, they told me that they don’t have any salads, so I want another side.. I said no. The adjusted price without the salads was $22.82. They asked for the card that I paid with saying that they would return the initial charge of $29.29. Instead they charged me for both $29.29 and $22.82.. Being that I’m a truck driver I have to wait days for the bank to return my money.. Teach these people how to use the register before allowing them to handle peoples bank cards!!!!!"

"I highly recommend this place, was passing by otw to see family in a different state the kind people inside treated me with such kindness, I felt like I was part of a kind of family I ordered 6 rolls and a chicken sandwich and my wife got chicken strips the food was so fresh and delicious just can't get over the customer service I didn't get her name, but I she looked to be someone of importance. Thank you all golden chick for your time and hospitality"

"Every time I've tried to use the drive-through, I've sat still in line for over 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. And there's usually only one or two cars in line. When I go inside instead, it's still a long wait, even if I'm the first in line. I normally won't leave negative reviews, but I've tried to come back too many times to give it another shot."

"I’m a OTR Truck Driver, Driving long hours my fiancé and I pulled off to the Pilot in Nash Tx, to shut down the the night and eat a nice meal before the establishment closes at 10pm. We get in line at 9:15 pm the girl at the register states, we’re not dropping any more meat we close at 10pm but we lock our doors at 9:45 pm. Now mind you there are 4 men ahead of me waiting to order, she goes to say we’re only going to make chicken strips at 9:15pm, she hollers to the cook don’t drop anymore chicken, all the customers were like you can make other chicken before 9:45pm she refused and walked away. Now the cook comes from the back and says, I can only make chicken strips. I was very disappointed in customer service at this establishment. I was looking forward to eating a meal, I only ended up purchasing 3 strips because I was starving at this point, my fiancé went to bed without any food. It was a very upsetting first time wanting to try Golden Chick, Not sure if I’ll even try Golden Chick again, I have in my mind they’re not here to serve the customers, there here to Go Home Early As Possible. To Make a long story short, you won’t be getting any fresh food once 9pm hits here there already closed in there minds."

"Ordered a 4 piece broasted chicken and received a 3 piece blackened chicken instead. The roll and potatoes were decent. Chicken went in the garbage. To add to it, the dasher had to wait an additional 25 minutes after arriving at the store."
