"This place hands down has the best fried chicken among all the drive thru shops in texarkana. However when it comes to order accuracy they mess up a lot, if you dont want to go inside so you can check your order and ask them to fix it you're gonna just have to happily accept the fact that you might end up getting chicken wings instead of tenders. I think the reason why this happens so much is because they box up your food in the same generic box no matter what you bought, makes it impossible to know if the customer is getting the right order or if john in the kitchen mistook a breast for a thigh again. despite that though, they have no issue fixing your order as quickly as they can. Plus even if you do come home with the wrong order pretty much every menu item is great, you might be a little disappointed to get the wrong thing but at least you can enjoy it."

"I've gone through the drive through a couple of times and the service is good for a chicken restaurant. Yes, it takes longer than a typical fast-food burger joint, but my wife loves their chicken and I enjoy the sides (vegetarian). The rolls are great, they have that sweet Hawaiian bread taste glazed with butter. My son loved the spicy chicken."

"Service was horrible, nothing was stocked, ie napkins, silverware, there was dirt on sides of the cups we were given. The actual meals were junior size and the sides took all of two bites. Very disappointing!"

"We went on Halloween after trick or treating 30 minutes before they closed. Even though it was late and the employees had begun to clean, they welcomed us in. The employees were polite, friendly and extra nice. The employees really sold the customer service! The cooked fresh food and never rushed us. My grandson won the "golden chick " egg and the employees brought him his prize without having to ask. Needless to say ..... I am impressed!"
