"the dr herself is nice and polite, but the lady at the front desk is very rude, told her on the phone i was running late from someone blocking my garage and she said it’s okay, when i then came inside she said she canceled my appointment even tho i was there when i said i’d be, i have another appointment scheduled for this week but need to reschedule the one she canceled today but she refused to schedule me for another appointment since i was late today even tho i let her know, knowing how fast they get booked out. anytime i’ve come in as well she’s always been disrespectful when asked basic questions, switching dentists after my appointment this week i’m disappointed in her poor work ethic."

"The staff here is absolutely amazing and very caring. I had a dental emergency and Christy made it possible for me to see Dr Rizk with in a couple of hours. I needed a root canal and she did it immediately. The entire staff was so kind, checking in on me throughout the procedure and after. They go above and beyond to make sure your recovery is going smoothly. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them!"

"I cannot express to you how impressed I was with my experience at Legacy Dental Care. I felt a little embarrassed calling about getting a second opinion for just a little ole’ cavity, but I had never had one in my whole life (43+ years) and it just wasn’t making sense to me. My teenagers had never had cavities either, and when all three of us randomly all had cavities at our somewhat new-to-us dental place, I just wanted to make sure that there wasn’t anything fishy going on. A friend highly recommended Legacy Dental Care, so I called them. They didn’t make me feel self-conscious or silly about getting it checked out. My request was very respectfully and kindly handled, and I was able to get seen the same morning I called in. Upon entering their business, I was greeted with much warmth and friendliness. Once we got to the exam room, I could not believe how much solid information I was given with the various diagnostic tools. I had never seen pictures of my teeth like that. Also, I was very intrigued hearing stats about each tooth and what it’s “number” was with the tool they used and hoping it was not close to 30—the dreaded cavity zone! I love random health stats, and I found it all very interesting. When the results came back that I did indeed have a cavity, one could be tempted to say, “Oh man! I just wasted my time for nothing.” However, it gave me peace of mind and made me feel 100% better about me and my children having someone drill into our heads in the coming weeks. ;) And it also gave me a much more realistic sense of where my teeth are at. The people at Legacy Dental Care were kind and gracious and personable from beginning to end. I felt really good about my visit. I would HIGHLY recommend Legacy Dental Care. They care about their patients. They are highly professional and give top notch care. And they offer all their services at VERY affordable prices. They are just fantastic all-around. I cannot say enough good things about them."
