"I was having a dental emergency and not only did they get me in that day, they called all around to get me a root canal the next day! Great service, very kind, called after my root canal to see how I was doing. And I love that they're open later than my last, nearby dentist. I'm staying!"

"I had a bad experience at this location recently and a very bad experience in the past were a dental assistant got fired over rushing years ago when they were on Jefferson highway. Importantly, the recent experience made me feel bad about myself in general. I couldn't help but feel belittled and unimportant to them. I need to trust my doctor and feel comfortable like there trying too help me. I didn't there. I felt unwanted like everything I was saying was making them mad and they weren't taking me seriously. nor did I feel they tried too make me comfortable even. It feels very scary when someone that's supposed to be helping you isn't and is getting mad at you. Fake nice all day here. Typical Minnesota passive aggressive at this place."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. They do NOT care about the people coming in to their office. It’s about money and money only. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location to be dropped as a client due to a past due bill of 93$ that I happily paid immediately after talking to them. And missed appointments dating back to 2010…..? It’s 2022 Park Dental!! No sympathy for people in pain because they’re all snobby rich white ladies who have perfect teeth, so they don’t know the struggle. I’m sure if you’re rich enough though, they’ll love you as a client! BEWARE of this place! Money money money!"

"I have the best dentist! Dr. Bahnemann has taken great care of my teeth. Her hygienist and her dental assistant are fantastic. I just had a root canal and crown. There was no residual pain after the root canal and the crown is a perfect match. Communication is always top notch and thorough. I have great confidence in my dental care team. Office staff is polite and professional. I'm completely satisfied with my experiences here."
