"Worst customer service. I’ve waited almost an hour and was not able to get my medicine."
"I have a head cold. Told my wife to get something that does NOT include the ingredient that the FDA said this week is not effective for congestion. My wife talked to the pharmacist and guess what she sold my wife: yep, meds that do not work for congestion. So, if you are looking for a pharmacist that has literally NO IDEA what she is talking about, you found your place!"
"I’ve called in ahead of time to make sure they have my medicine, they let me know that they do, I drop my prescription off and wait for a call to say it’s filled. Both times I’ve waited past the time they said it would need to be filled, never got a follow up text, and when I go up to check the status, they say they don’t have it, and give me my prescription back to start the whole process over."
"Drive through was closed during “open” hours so I was forced to go inside. There were only three people ahead of me in line, but service was so slow I spent nearly an hour in the store."
"I do not recommend using this particular pharmacy. First off they never have the meds we need to fill our Rx. 2ndly everytime we have been through the drive thru they have been very rude and leave us just sitting there for long periods of time without telling us what’s going on. When we pressed the call button to find out what is going on they have always gotten an attitude with us. I just do not understand at some point they could have just said something like “it will be just a moment we have to put your info in” or let us know it will be a moment then we wouldn’t have to push the button. We have switched to the Walgreens pharmacy even though our insurance only pays for Walmart pharmacy we pay full price at Walgreens over the hassle of Walmart pharmacy."
