"I have gone to a few lashes places before finding Lana. I have been going to her for a few months now and I'm obsessed. She always does a fabulous job and is so accommodating with my extremely hectic schedule. As someone who is a licensed cosmetologist I am very picky about who does my nails hair and lashes because I know the proper procedures and what can happen when said procedures are not followed. I always get so many compliments on my lashes and I even thou I do lashes my self I try to send people to her!"

"I want to start off by saying I am not wanting to talk trash about Lana but I really feel I should share my experience so that maybe it’ll help someone else or maybe she can change how she does things. First off, I originally went to Shek Lash Studio who did a fabulous job, I just was tight for money and thought I could get one or two cheaper fills. I found The Lash Saloon on google and I really liked her prices and she has pretty good reviews. I honestly thought lashes were like nails where you could get a fill somewhere else and be okay, apparently not. I do want to say that Lana was very nice and seemed somewhat knowledgeable. However, she was extremely rough with my lashes and brushed them super hard which you are not suppose to do. She also used way too much glue and glued my real eyelashes together with the fake one which you are not suppose to do. I found that out when I went to get them fixed at Shek Lash the next day. They told me there was a ton of glue and it was clumped together, some lashes were actually glued to my skin! No wonder they hurt! I ended up going home after and was able to get a few off with some coconut oil because they were hurting so bad. I do want to say I am grateful Lana did give me my money back but seemed annoyed when I got there. Not very professional but She claimed thisbhad never happened before, acting like it was me and not her. My guess is, people have no idea that the process could be better and maybe people aren’t speaking up. The process was somewhat painful and she wasn’t gentle by any means. It honestly gave me a lot of anxiety especially when she pealed the silicon off my bottom lashes and the glue was so strong my eyes hurt and my lashes were so clumped and stuck together. She also did it all so fast which is not good at all. I was so appalled at how she did things and how unprofessional things were. A lash actually got stuck on a bottom lash and she was trying to get it off and sticking the tweezers down there sort of fast and rough. I was not happy at all and was freaked out to be honest. I truly am concerned for anyone who gets there lashes done by her and I think she needs to take a refresher course on how to apply them properly. The glue smelt so strong too which made me a little concerned. I learned my lesson and I will be going back to Shek Lash and paying their prices. It’s totally worth it. They are actually relaxing and vey gentle and the lashes look fabulous. I was just trying to save a little money. They ended up taking my lashes off and I am getting a whole new set tomorrow for the price of a fill and it wasn’t even their fault, I thought that was super cool! Maybe I am the only one who’s had this bad of an experience but either way she definitely isn’t applying them correctly and I can say that 100%. I waited to write a review until Shek Lash could tell me exactly how bad it was."
