"Absolutely horrible… please don’t waste your money or time. I got the economy plus upper. Took 3 months to get and in the 15 months I’ve had it, 8 of the teeth have fallen out. They don’t return calls and then void your warranty if you put it back in yourself. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I was told that after losing 5 teeth and having a crack go across the top plate that they are only expected to last 4-5 years, then need replacement at my experience. I will be looking for a company that uses better materials. I am very careful what I eat and they still keep needing repairs."

"I’m leaving the three stars because I feel that’s a neutral reading. I went for a consultation at the Brooklyn Park office. I was greeted nicely. Everything went well. However, I found out that the Brooklyn Park office is closing. Their Maplewood office is currently closed. Their St. Cloud location is currently closed. They do have a facility in St. Paul and a proposed facility that may be opening in June so with that being said I wouldn’t advise anybody to probably go and get any type of a treatment plan there for fear that they would be closing their doors. I think they were doing a good job however, I don’t foresee them staying open long enough to finish your dentures and implants and the follow you through the healing process cause that takes about a year and I don’t foresee them staying open that long."

"Horrible experience. Traveled almost 2 hours for a 9:30 appt and got a call at 8:53am. The doctor was leaving and was cancelling my appointment. The office called the day prior to confirm my appointment. No apologies from the doctor. I did get my “consult” which lasted about 2 minutes. What a joke!!!!"

"Great staff, the dentist explained the procedure well and the secretary is very helpful and has great customer service. I would highly recommend to friends and family and anyone else in need of a wonderful dentist!! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Great job guys!!"
