"I took my 87-year-old mother for a tooth extraction that she had scheduled previously. She was scheduled for a 12:45 appointment. The receptionists were unprofessional-laughing, giggling and pretty much ignoring their job duties. We finally were put into a room and were told that the x-rays did not indicate a tooth extraction was needed. This contradicted the purpose of us being there. We were told the dentist would be with us shortly we were left alone for over 2 HOURS. When we asked what was taking so long repeatedly during this two hour wait, we were told that the dentist needed to consult with us. We were NOT there for a consultation. We were there for a tooth extraction. They just didn’t seem to understand that. The staff were rude, and again very unprofessional. We didn’t seem to be getting any resolution and never saw a dentist in the over two hours. We spent there. We ended up leaving. I would caution everyone to read the reviews and not frequent this location. Oh, and I’m sure they’ll be a response at the bottom of this review, stating that they can’t discuss private patient information and that we should call them. We won’t be calling. We will only get the receptionist, and we don’t prefer to go through that again."

"Dr. Tudor is an excellent oral surgeon! He is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge when you have a question."

"Horrible customer service. Check the other reviews, it seems to be very common with this location. We experienced issues with incorrect billing on nearly every visit. Funny how its always in their favor where we are over-billed and prepay by hundreds of dollars at time of service. Then they will not return phone calls to reconcile the over billing even after insurance has paid and shown the amount they pre-billed at time of service was too much. Hard to believe they can run a business this way. We would certainly not recommend and will not be going back."

"The ladies at the front desk were incredible! They were so kind and caring and helpful. I had been through the wringer at the school of dentistry and these ladies were a breath of fresh air. The oral surgeon was also so kind, informative, and smart. After 11 doctors, he was the first person to know what was going on and help me. His bedside manner was fantastic. I am so grateful for metro dental and highly suggest going there. Thank you so much for making my life easier after 2 weeks of hell."
