"My name is Giovanni Méndez and today February 3rd, 2024 I experienced emotional distress and racial profiling it feels like. We walked in with good intention to purchase their products and we were falsely accused of stealing as well as walking around us suspiciously like if we were going to steal. They didn’t want to help us and kept asking “if I needed help” and proceeded to say they didn’t have the product i was looking for and I even found it myself. The Texarkana police department was called on us and were Aggressive at first once we walked out of the store with our stuff paid and a lady who works their came out and rechecked our stuff to see if we had stolen EVEN after she’d seen us pay. It makes no sense right? If you are seeing this Texarkana boot barn we plan on suing."
