"Food was delicious!! We had pancakes (chocolate chip and apple) and they were great! Per the waitress’s tip, we cut a hole in the center to avoid the syrup from dripping off the plate. The pancakes are as large as the plate, so choose your quantity wisely (fork shown for scale). The syrup is homemade maple & hot, served with butter. They have fresh-squeezed Orange Juice, and several other juices, as well as milk & coffee. They didn’t have any non-dairy milk options. My “Large” chocolate milk wasn’t as big as I expected (fork shown for scale), but I didn’t even drink it all - I was too chocolate’ed out! The service was on-point and overall we had a great time! We arrived at around 7:10 and got possibly the last free table — other guests after us were waiting outside. We heard the wait could be long, so we arrived just in time it looks like! Get there right at open time or you’ll be waiting! The seating inside is limited (it’s a small place) and they have it packed pretty tight already!"

"Believe the hype and worth the wait. This place has a reputation that will not let you down. The pancakes are perfect. The sausage is delicious. I had a sausage and cheese omelette with some added jalapeños for a little extra kick. The coffee cake hits just right with hot coffee. The service here is better than family. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and will give you menu recommendations if you can’t make up your mind. The line will be long, but trust me, it will be worth it. And you can walk into a few of the near by shops and they will still hunt you down and let you know when your table is ready. Just stay within earshot."

"WORTH THE WAIT!! We had to wait about 45 minutes, but went next door and had the opportunity to taste the apple butter. It is the bomb and better on toast. Bacon is fresh and crispy. Cheese grits are really good and my favorite was the blueberry pancake with real maple syrup! Try it all!!"

"Overall: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE VISITING OR THAT LIVES HERE! THIS IS DEFINITELY A GEM IN HOTSPRINGS! If you see a line outside, I promise you that the wait will be no longer than 20-30 minutes and that it'll be worth it in be end. Food: The PORTION SIZE IS PHENOMENAL!! All the food is ordered a la carte but the pricing was very affordable. The food was absolutely delicious and seemed to be made with love. I eat a lot, and the two pancake with eggs and balcony was my order. I could not finish it all because it was so filling. My wife absolutely loved her French toast. They cooked everything just how we love it and we didn't even have to specify it. Customer service: Absolutely out of this world! I wish I got the host's name (guy with long hair, taller, and a little hit hefty) he was absolutely amazing!! And out waitress had the most lovely accent and we're from Texas with our Texas accent. She was very attentive and was the sweetest of all time. She told us about the duck tour and her family lives here and still goes on it regularly. Pricing: Affordable. For two of us, we spent roughly $43 with tip included. So roughly $20 per person. Military Discount: Yes - 10%"

"THE PANCAKES ARE ENORMOUS! Fantastic throwback diner. The staff are super friendly, the place is very clean, and very busy so come early. The pancakes are enormous so take that in advisement if you want any other breakfast items to go with them. The syrup and homemade butter….*chef’s kiss* Don’t wait. Go try this Food Network Gem!!!"
