"They're just ok. From now on I refer to them as Okay Clips. They're great for getting you in quickly if your regular pro can't fit you in. Side note my regular pro is only $7 more for the cut and she's 5+ stars for skill level vs Okay Clips. So in summary I've never been really impressed with Great Clips. But I'm not upset with them either..... hence "Okay Clips"..... or "Meh Clips".... your mileage may vary."

"This place is super unprofessional. I reserved a place online and got there right on time only to have others go before me who came in 25 to 30mins after I was there. I’m black and I’m a woman so It’s hard not to think it was about race honestly. The whole thing was super uncomfortable & if this company caters only to men & boys especially white men & boys than just say that, at least it would save people time."

"Literally the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I asked for a simple cut at my shoulders with some layers that weren't chunky or cut straight across. She kept talking about an angle cut?? Where I corrected her twice. I'm assuming the back of my hair is shorter. I am hoping a different salon can fix this hack job without cutting what's left of my hair. I am not sure why these other people rate so high.. run people!"
