"I came in because it was convenient, and I wanted some hot, sweet pie. Egads... $2.39... BEFORE taxes... so $2.69... that's approaching the price of pay for an *actual* pie. I know a lot of retailers went all in on boosting profits during the recent inflationary push, but Holy Christ... those pies are maybe 5 or 6 bites... tasty sure.... but they were less than a buck last time I got one. Tripling the price really isn't inflation... but much rather like price-gouging. So I paid their sIlly cost. It will help me to remember why I'm not ever paying for another one."

"The WORST McDonalds I have ever been too. The cashier had NO CLUE what she was doing, got our order screwed up 4 times (and still got it wrong). She couldn't be bothered to move any faster then a snails pace. Her manager was no better The Big Mac was ok, but the fries were just gross. Have NEVER had this kind of experience anywhere before"

"The employees are rude and have poor customer service and the night manager needs to be retrained. We came through to order food at 3:30 and was told they were only serving breakfast yet they told one of the people we came to pick up food for they were still serving burgers. So either we were lied to or they lied to the guy on the phone. I would never go here to eat again. And the manager Austin just hung up the phone while a customer was making a complaint to him. Learn to treat your customers better before you don't have any"

"Just went through the drive through and got chicken sandwiches and nuggets as well as some french fries!! I wanted pickles on my chicken sandwich no lettuce. Full coverage of the pickles and the perfect amount of mayo!! We love this McDonald’s it’s our absolute favorite in all of hot springs!! Also a 10/10 customer service!!"

"My husband, grandchildren and I came to Hot Springs for a mini vacation, after a failed dinner at another place we decided to get McDonalds! Our experience was nothing less than Extraordinary, Exceptional, Excellent, not enough good words to explain our experience with this McDonalds and although it was a drive through order I still felt so welcome with Courtney taking our order with such a bubbly personality and wonderful attitude and Xena delivering our food with the same! These two ladies deserve a raise! I assure you, they are prize employees! Thank you Ladies! God Bless!"
