"We like this McDonald’s out of all 3 in Hot Springs Amy ( doodle ) makes my son feel special,. She always gets his McDouble no cheese pickle only right every time. He is super picky and because of his medical condition can not eat certain things. We have gone to the other McDonald’s in town but we drive a little further to go to this one"

"The employees are always courteous. My order is always correct. The vehicles are moved through the Drive-thru at an acceptable time frame. If I am in a hurry, I know that I can get food quickly and be on my way. I usually do not go in to the lobby but the 2 times I did, i was treated very well. In this day when customer service has become rare, kuddos to your store for keeping it alive!"

"Once the woman took my order she immediately started texting at the register like I was not even there. Offered no receipt. She was too busy texting."

"The majority of tables were dirty or sticky so dining in was not the preferred option. The customer service at the counter needs training as compared to other McDonald's in town. But hey, the food was great tasting. I won't return to this one. Good luck"

"This was already a small McDonald's after the remodel it's even smaller. It feels like a prison.Trash and food on the floor,dirty bathrooms and staff that looks at you after asking for help and ignores you.Getting ⭐⭐ only because food was fast but everything else was just plain bad. I WOULD NOT recommended this as a sit down place to eat. Either drive through or go somewhere else"
