"I received 12 stitches in my leg in June of 2022. Not only did the doctor say "I really wasn't paying attention during this part in school" when I asked about blood work, but pretty much made a street map out of my leg. I am just finishing up this bill through my double insured-self because neither the hospital, nor the doctor office, can take down correct information to bill it all accurately. I have been on the phone with my primary insurance and the billing departments for about 5 hours total. Why did it take 16 mos to figure it all out? Ludicrous. I haven't had this problem with any other hospital or doctor's office."

"I will NEVER go to the emergency room again. I've had two procedures and a laparoscopic abdominal surgery there in the hospital. Not a problem. Went to the emergency room today and the doctor? The hospital is liable for the employees. Several good hospitals in Conway."

"When I walked in I noticed the facility was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I was immediately breasted by reception and told where to go and how to get there. Radiology was pleasant and efficient. I was even allowed to tour the ER when I asked since that is my field of work. Thank you for your kindness"

"I have been to Hospital 3 or 4 times. Most visits to this Hospital. left me quite satisfied and/or extremely satisfied. Only one time was not happy with them."

"I came in with a high heart rate. That I couldn’t get to go down. I explained all my symptoms. I expressed that my chest hurt as well. They took my blood, did an X-ray, pressed on my chest and said I must have twisted something. And sent me on my way. When I followed up with my primary she immediately sent me back to a different er. I’m not sure why this hospital can’t seem to get it right for their patients. I was in distress. My heart rate would not go down. You would think they would want to treat that right? I won’t be going back. For any reason. I rather travel the 30 minutes to Conway."
