Firehouse Subs Southcenter Shopping Center

"If you're going to take advantage of inflation pricing and put it to your customers at least do it with friendly staff. We stood in front of the menu for 10 minutes then finally figured out you order at the cash register O and speaking of cash they will not take a 100 dollar bill I almost left but I was starving. So I get to the car to find a tiny sandwich I guess now I can go have lunch somewhere LoL"

"If I could give you a zero star rating I would literally ordered off of this app went into the destination that I ordered and they actually tried to argue with me about me placing the order tried to tell me I was in the wrong location and everything and because of my bank I was able to argue it. These people were actually going to take my money and not give me any food it was flat out ridiculous I will never be back to Firehouse Subs ever again. This happened in the Hot Springs Arkansas location"

"First off this visit would have been a lot better if they had better Mac n cheese and a lil faster service I waited 20 minutes on my sandwich and only 3 people in the restraunt so take that at what it is. But the pork sandwich with slaw was awesome could have used more sauce I thought but still good Mac and cheese was horrible hot sauce couldn't even fix it ......BTW I paid 18 bux for this."

"Clean with not so friendly workers. Lack of customer service. I wouldn’t say rude but just an absence of any verbal communication besides calling out your order name. Food is the same standard as any other Firehouse Sub which is great."
