"Today I went in and I really hated how my nails turned out. They are uneven all over, bulky, rushed, and all my friends and family agree with me. They aren't what I asked for or wanted. Had also said I wanted the moon from inspo photo instead and still ended up with a sun which what I originally was looking for. I called asking if I could just get a refund because I dont like how they turned out and don't want to go back. Got told that was not a thing and the nowhere does that for any place. I'd already asked for polish to be taken off one nail and already felt a change in mood. Really was not a positive experience and really upset with how they turned out compared to what I was looking for."

"Came in on a Friday. I guess they were busy and they try to squeeze so much people in for services that they rush The tech who did my nails was removing my gel and literally over buffed my natural nails that I felt so much pain .I seen deep uneven spots in the nails because she shaved spots off basically. The constant talking and answering phones and getting up to write stuff down isn’t going to help you concentrate on my hands. My nails are sore now, I can’t even press or hold things without feeling pain. I Need weeks to recover from this."

"my nails turned out cute, but she kept filing my nails down to their beds, my nails are very brittle and like breaking off now. i don’t know why she didn’t stop when i said that they were good. prob not coming back but they were all nice. $35 for gel nails isn’t bad."
