"I will definitely recommend everyone stopping by this sweet little barbecue place, actually I'm not big on barbecues, however I ate their chopped beef sandwich and I do not regret getting it. YUMMY!! I will say that the desserts need to be a little warm before they serve them, the only thing I did not like was that my apple pie was given to someone else...even when I paid and was first in line. It's a mistake people make and I get it. I ended up with the apricot and chocolate... They're good but served cold but anything from that Chef I'd eat"

"Got the Ultimate Nachos. Huge portion, very good. Set up in the restaurant was slightly odd. After we gave our order at the front window, we were handed cups but given no direction. You had to walk around the corner and go to a door labeled dining room. Once we figured that out, it was just a matter of winding through and finding a seat. I would go back."

"We've visited Allen's twice in 2 years, each time while passing through. We have really enjoyed their BBQ both times... It's hard to find a place that is tasty and consistent in their meats! Our recent visit, we had the pork belly sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, pork ribs, coleslaw, and mac and cheese! They were all great! Would definitely recommend a stop here if you're passing through!"

"Mmmmm, I didn't know Arkansas could make BBQ almost like Texas, very good, nice atmosphere. We ate outside under the trees on a picnic table with a cool breeze even during heat advisories across the nation, and because our dog was with us. But the ambiance inside was very nice too, well decorated with interesting things, and my wife even said the bathroom was so nice she wanted some of the decor items, woodwork, etc for one of our cabins. Anyway, it's quite comfortable with good food, and if you like BBQ this would be a good place to visit!"
