"The hostess tried telling us we could not put the high chair at the end of the table. It is in no way her place to tell us where we are going to seat our child. It was no where close to being in the way. Additionally, she could not look or act more disinterested if she wanted to. High chair was missing straps. The food was terrible. We have been to many locations in other states and have had only great experiences. The pancakes were over cooked/burnt discs. The syrup was not warmed. The bacon was over cooked to the point of shattering. The sausage completely dry. My kids could not even eat their food. The potatoes were dry and flavorless. The green beans did not even taste like green beans and were missing all of the flavors that other locations have. The white gravy was not the same recipe as other places either and was completely flavorless. The coffee was cold. The waitress was like talking to a wall and could not understand basic things, nor did she listen the first time. We had to repeat things 3-4 times to get it through. Asked for a lot more creams for the coffee and were given one each. Across the board poor quality food and service. Feels like I wasted my money."
