"If I could give 0 stars I would, this place sucks, never go here. M y hair was long and I asked them to take off an inch. They took off 3 INCHES. if you want to go here, DON’T. and I know that they are going to say something like “we are sorry about your experience” but really they don’t care. And I have a birthday party to go to TOMORROW. so never go here, or else they might BUTCHER your hair like they did to mine. I’m warning you I know they are cheap, but cheap isn’t always good. Edit: They literally replied with exactly what I said they would"

"Stay away from this great clips…Showed pictures and described very specifically to cut my hair below my eyebrows I asked her again just before cutting the front to go longer and we can cut it shorter if it’s too long. I once I open my eyes after she snips the front she was about 2 inches ABOVE my eyebrow. She said sorry and gave me my haircut basically for free since she messed up so bad I would have rather paid full price for what I asked for, too late now. Awful haircut"

"When doing a basic haircut the hair on my right side was cut nicely around the ear. On my left side there is over a half inch gap between the end of my cut hair and my ear. My left sideburn is also cut much higher and at an angle (see the attached picture). the stylist said nothing and didn't show me the sides or back of my head when she was done. I contacted Great Clips corporate customer service later that day. They said that the franchise owner would be contacting me shortly. It has been two weeks and I haven't heard a thing from the franchise owner, or anyone else. I guess that store gets enough business that they don't mind losing a customer. Update 1: I got a robo response from this post telling me to contact customer service and provide details. If you read my post you will see that I already did that. Poor customer service. Update 2: I went back and the salon manager cut my hair. She was very apologetic and did an excellent job. Because of her I updated my review from one star to four stars. I still haven't heard from other than the manager."
