"One of the worst hair cut experiences I had in my life. The lady who did the hair cut is an old lady where she can’t hold the scissors properly. Without combing properly she used the trimmer and cut my hair.. some of my hair in key place is cut unnecessarily. Seriously I will not recommend for anyone. It’s good that they can work in any other stores. Good to look for a new hair saloon next time."

"It was alright for customer experience. The haircut was pretty bad. I asked for a skin fade. But neither side were even. They were working fast to get you through and on to the next. I was pretty embarrassed to show my haircut off. I avoided great clips for many years after they left lines of uneven hair and had to goto a local barber the same day to get it fixed and even they felt mad this had happened and offered it for free. Well I decided to give great clips a chance again and now I have uneven hair on my left side from the right I’m getting it fixed on Tuesday it’s embarrassing."
