"The girls who check you in are always nice and friendly. In my opinion the majority of the nurses, are rude as they can be, and do not listen. The female doctors that my family, and I have seen, are friendly, and helpful, they also seem like they truly care, and listen to what you have to say. I would not have left a good review in the past, but this hospital seems like it has stepped up it's game."

"They took care of my issue great but was suppose to send a referral out to a clinic in Fort Smith so I can get my drain taken out. They never sent it I called and they pretty much told me they dunno when the doctor that treated me will be back and I am just out of luck. Now I have to figure out how I am going to get this drqain out before it causes more issues."

"Let me start by saying Mercy is normally our first choice when it comes to medical care. But the emergency room in Ozark is better described as an urgent care clinic. The hospital is old and they are understaffed. I don't feel like the doctors they do have are equipped for life threatening emergencies. I would make the 40 minute drive to Fort Smith and go to their large hospital there. We will continue using the network, just won't be taking any life threatening emergencies here."

"Although it was hot in the waiting room, we were checked in very quickly and taken back to a room. The staff was amazing! My toddler, through all the screaming from an ear infection, was treated with so much patience. My toddler was given popsicles and the staff didn’t even bat an eye when they walked in and my toddler was playing with the water in the sink. Thank you to the staff for being so kind to me and my family!"
