"I started an epic golf holiday through Arkansas. Glenwood is on the Arkansas Golf Trail list so I booked a round. This is a little older place but still very nice routing through the tall pines and lakes in the area. Maybe not a world class layout but interesting. My 3 stars is for conditions. I can’t say if it is the budget, staffing of groundskeepers or weather, but it is just not in real good shape. I see work being done so maybe they will make progress. Very nice people though."

"This place has come a long way in the past year. New Superintendent from Hot Springs Village, rehabbing greens, and updating in many areas. Adding new golf carts to the fleet. Still has a way to go but it's a viable option for play in the area. If you don't want to play a 4-5 hr round in the Village then go here and play quality course in 3 hrs. They also will honor your HSV member card."

"Every staff member I met was very friendly and accommodating. I've stayed at 400-500 hotels and this may have been the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I enjoyed walking around the pond in the back, the hot tub was nice and clean, and the owner was available by cell at all hours of the night. The full kitchen downstairs with 2 refrigerators was very helpful and everyone who stayed there when I was there helped keep it looking nice. Next time we come we'll probably book two rooms and try out their grill."
