"I made an appointment for a haircut and arrived 5 minutes early. I was told she just started cutting the hair of the appointment before me and it would be about 25 minutes until she got to me. That is just too long. It took me 30 minutes to get there. Couldn't they have called to let me know they were behind? No one came out to apologize. The stylist could have called me later to say sorry. My time is valuable too and lack of common courtesy is inexcusable. I won't go back."

"I recently saw Tammy Bernards at The Hair District in Maple Grove and had such a great experience! The atmosphere was awesome and everyone was friendly. After a wonderful shampoo treatment, Tammy was able to trim my old ends, and perfectly thin out my crazy thick hair. The styling afterwards was awesome, she taught me how to curl my hair on my own quickly and easily by using a straightener. Would also like to go back soon for a new color!"

"(The photos is just a small amount of what has been shedding just an hour after my appointment) I am making this review to warn others of the lack of care and vision of my hair during a lightening process which led to my beautiful long thick hair to be completely ruined.. I was seeing Lindsay since January of this year to work on getting my hair lighter to eventually get it close to my natural hair color, I had said multiple times early on that I do not want to rush this process as my hair is long and healthy; I had literally said please do not ruin my hair. It had been about 4 months or longer since I had any bleach in my hair because I wanted to do the least amount of harsh treatment in my hair as possible and yesterday my nightmares came true. My hair that was completely one length and was just cut 2 weeks ago is now choppy and dry from leaving the bleach in too long.. the sad thing is, is that she never even said anything when washing my hair and she knew what happened because when she was drying my hair with a towel I saw a white, of what I thought was plastic and now I know is to be my hair. This could have all been prevented if she would have just checked the bottom foils since my hair was so thick it takes a LONG time to foil everything so my bottom hair was just sitting there in the bleach the whole time. I’m not even a hairstylist and I know this… please save your hair and choose a different stylist, she has a lot of good reviews and that’s why I went with her but now my trust with hairstylist is completely ruined as this has always been my worst nightmare, this is why I went to a salon to get my hair done and now I’m left looking like a child did my hair.. I contacted her and the management, saying the least they could do is give me a refund which I received by the end of the day but that does not fix my once healthy, thick and long hair.."
