"I asked for 2 inches to be cut off. Stylist showed with a mirror and touched my back several inches below my shoulders to confirm. She then proceeded to chop off at least 6 inches. My hair ended up in an above the shoulder bob instead of the long mid-back layers I requested. No apology from her or manager, just a shrug of shoulders. Manager refused a refund or discount."

Came home and realized the hairs are totally uneven and untouched on sides and front top. Disappointing experience."
