"I came to David shortly after battling health issues that had me on bed rest for several months. I was nervous I would be judged because I had formed a horrible snarled mess behind my head. David worked gently, and tirelessly for 5 hours to untangle, ensuring I wasn't in pain and wasn't breaking/damaging the hair. He continued to give me a wonderful cut, color and hair treatment. I sat and wept as I went through a spiritual awakening. I was able to let go of so much hurt, pain, and grief. It was the start of a new beginning for me. It was life changing. David genuinely care for me as a person. Took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He is not only a talented hairstylist but one of the kindest people I've had the privilege of knowing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! He's truly the best!"

"HORRIBLE customer service. I met with Evan a couple months ago and discussed extension options as my hair has been thinning over the past couple years due to an androgenetic alopecia diagnosis. I paid $250 for extensions and scheduled an appointment for install. Unfortunately, due to ongoing hair loss, I had to cancel my install appointment. I inquired about getting a refund for the hair and was told they can't return the hair and therefore can't issue a refund (which I understand). Then I asked if I could pick the hair up (to sell myself) and was told although I had purchased the hair, I could not have it unless I left the salon with it on my head!!?? Very unprofessional, uncompassionate, and zero customer service skills. Dodged a bullet."

"This was my first time to Twiggs and I had a haircut with Cassi. I have never met a stylist so cold and unfriendly. Cassi spoke about 5 sentences to me during our entire appointment, which was very rushed and lasted 35 minutes in total. The haircut I received was fine, nothing to warrant the aloof treatment by Cassi. I would never recommend her and suggest she finds a new profession if this one causes her so much displeasure."
