"I got a woman’s haircut and was super disappointed by it. I ended up leaving with what I thought was even hair come to find out it was many different lengths once I got home. I did file a complaint the next day and the manager was very rude refusing a refund, and proceeded to tell me to go to HR. Super unprofessional I am never the type to complain but this was just outright disrespectful for management of a facility to talk to me the way she was. Also beware if they put any sprays in my hair, my hairdresser did and the next day I go to curl my hair and my hair ends up burning off in chunks. Would not recommend!"

"Went in to get a buzz 1 all the way around. As simple as it gets. Well she missed so many hairs flat out on the front of my forehead around my ears was missed. She was way more concerned about what I did for work and what my daily tasks are. Never again."

"Checked in with their app. Waited a out 5 minutes, not long. My hairdresser was very good. Her stallion was clean and neat. She was friendly and most importantly she asked questions and listen to what you wanted. Very pleased with my haircut."
