"Deeply disappointed that they make you wait since there's "people in front of you" that aren't there. I needed a neck trim, took about 5 min and I was done and out of there. Asked if I could get in since no physical bodies were there in front of me. Waited outside for 15min and no one showed up. Don't know if it's great clips policy to not give someone a neck trim when you have 2 stylists open and no one in the place besides me to sit in their chairs. If it is its not a good policy"
