When I reached the review page, I was so surprised to read a two star review from someone a week ago! I have been going to the Beauty Room exclusively since they opened and have never observed the type of interaction that the two star reviewer mentioned. All interactions I have observed in the years that I have been going there have been pleasant, courteous, and professional. The quality of services provided to me have always been excellent.
