"I felt the cleaning was thorough yet gentle. They explained in detail what they were concerned about and how it can be fixed. The dentist was knowledgeable and caring. The waiting room was relaxing with soft lighting and coffee. All the staff was kind and friendly."

"I’ve really enjoyed my cleanings at Northwoods. I had an 8am appt today I totally spaced on (have a newborn at home!). The office called me at 8am and told me if I got in at 8:15, we could still do the cleaning. I hurried, sprinted to the front desk, got to the office at 8:16am and Joy in the front office said I’d need to reschedule. I understood I was late, but one minute past the 8:15 time they said I needed to be there by. . She rudely said “sir, your appt was at 8am, you need to reschedule!”. The other lady working looked at me like “I’m sorry!!”, so probably not the first time Joy has acted like a this. I left and said I will go somewhere else (Smiles Dentistry got me in next week). Disappointing!"
