"We travelled 4 hours from our home to Alexandria, MN. After setting up our RV we discovered that one of our windows was loose and about to fall out of its frame. We contacted our RV dealer in New Ulm and were told we would have to find someone to fix it and they offered no assistance to search for someone nor have they followed up to see if our unit got fixed (our unit is a 2019, we won't be buying from them again). Not knowing anyone in the area we contacted roadside assistance who put us in contact with Dan's Diesel in Alexandria. Not only were they quick to fix the issue at our campsite but we have never dealt with more polite and efficient people.
