"The two rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I understand that COVID is causing issues with visitation etc… my daughter was taken by her boyfriend to this ER after being awakened with excruciating pain. I am farther away and couldn’t get there as quick as them. She has been seeing Willow creek doctor for female issues. Her boyfriend wanted me to switch out and she did as well. They had only been dating a short time. They would not let me back. Upon following up with the clinic the following day. Her chart showed a bedside ultrasound was done. Guess what? Never an image taken or a report was done of said Ultrasound. We will be looking to see on her insurance what was filed. I will follow they with insurance fraud if that’s the case. So her doctor had nothing to look at once we got a hold of her. We were able to determine that this ER isn’t even part of the Willow creek Clinic or Hospital."
