"Cant say enough good things about the Dental Hygienist and Dr. Westermeyer. They do a great good and I never dreaded going to the dentist with them. Unfortunately, I was billed for an Xray that I specifically stated I did not want if I have to pay for it ot of pocket. When I called all parties involved seemed very rude, I'm sure I could have been nicer as well, but they offered no resolution and didnt seem to care about my business at all. I was told that I got an Xray from an oral surgeon that I was referred to by them and that it was my responsibility to pay attention to my insurance, which is exactly why I stated I didnt want it if I had to pay for it when I went in for a cleaning and was told I wouldnt have to. The insurance lady said it wasnt their job to know whether or not I was going to have to pay for Xrays out of pocket, it was their job to do the xrays. So, the staff carrying out patient care are great, but this business has no interest in paying attention to what is or is not covered by insurance, so you may end up footing the bill and the insurance lady has no interest in finding a solution or keeping your business. Now they have lost my family's business and I'm pretty sure they could care less, but since it takes a long time to get an appt with any dentist I cant say I'm surprised as busy as they are."

"I recommend this office to everyone I know. The first time I went to this office was when I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled asap . No one would see me in town. So just being hopefull that they could see me I showed up at opening and they slid me in and the owner himself pulled the bad tooth for me. I have been back many times and not once have I been disappointed with the work. And also when I could not pay a bill on time they worked with me so I could pay them over time. There is not to many people like that anymore."

"Very difficult to get an appointment. If you have an emergency, you will not get in to see this doctor. They seem to play games with insurance. It's difficult to get a straight answer if they accept your insurance or not. Very frustrating and not a good family dentist."
