"Let’s just say if you are an adult and go to the dental clinic make sure you don’t get Dr. Smiley and let me tell you why. First off with a name like Dr. Smiley you would think she would have some personality but that is not the case she is the next thing to a robot but I probably would have gotten better care from a robot. So I call to make my appointment to get a treatment plan going… we’ll I know I needed a tooth pulled because it was loose and since it’s the Indians they can’t do anything because they are “Limited” well I get it pulled and I know she sees on the X-ray that the tooth beside it has a bad cavity and mind you I find out everything bad she did when I went to a REAL DENTIST OFFICE. She took an hour to pull my tooth and shredded my bone in my gums like she didn’t know what she was doing she took so much bone out they don’t even know if I can get an implant because it’s been almost 4 months and it looks like I got it pulled last week, when she pulled it she cracked the tooth next to it because you know THERES A DEEP CAVITY and what does that going to do make it an abscess and she didn’t even tell me she cracked it didn’t give me antibiotics didn’t have a plan to fill it she just wanted to pull it. I mean my mouth health has gone completely backwards ever since she has touched my mouth. Now I get to pay thousands of dollars to fix her mistakes. If you just don’t care about your patients or don’t know what you are doing. Maybe your in the wrong practice babe. Then I go in Monday because I had an abscess so I went to see Dr.Russel she started a root canal knowing it was an abscess, didn’t give me pain pills I had to ASK HER for antibiotics and after Monday it was all down hill my mouth swole so big I could not swallow. I have gone to 3 different dentist and they are frustrated by the way I was treated because they know that’s not right. Some of them have even worked in that dentist office and could not understand how I got treatment that bad. I went her 4 years ago to a dentist and I cannot remember his name but he was so caring and helpful. But the dentist they have in there now they need a new rotation of DRS because they are very useless."

"This is a massive facility. There are plenty of parking spaces, large clean restrooms. Elevators and wide staircase to accommodate anyone."
