"This office, it's staff and Dr. Scott A. Lucchese is amazing. I have been suffering with migraines, severe and uncontrollable muscle spasms for almost 20 years, and this is the first time I have real hope and relief in site!! Thank you Dr. Lucchese."
"We've been trying to see a neurologist for a year and a half, finally got an appointment set, called the week before the appointment to see what all we needed to bring with us only to find out we had been rescheduled because the doctor was going to be out that week. No one had called or messaged us to let us know of the change. Rescheduled four months later, to have the exact same thing happen, rescheduled two months later because the doctor wad going to be out of the office again. Once again no one contacted us to notify of the change, we only found out because we called to verify the appointment. Very frustrating Update, after being rescheduled from November to January 2, we called December 27th to make sure that nothing has changed only to find out that the referal from the Doctor has expired and that we would need to get a new referal from our Doctor and next November would be the earliest we could be scheduled to be seen. This makes the third reschedule, none of which were from the patient side, and if we would have said ok would have made it at least two and a half years of waiting to be seen possibly longer."
"I had 3 referrals sent by my doctor to this clinic, after the third one I called to see if they got it, never once heard from them before this, got an appointment 6 months out, then called the day before to verify appointment and time. Only to find out they had canceled my appointment and rescheduled it for 3 months out without calling or emailing or any notification at all."
"I have waited over a year to get into this place the day before my appt I call to check the appt time and he clinic said We rescheduled because the doctor I had quite that's what the clinic told me so they rescheduled for November they wait until Friday at 3pm to call me and tell me I need a new referral. Why do yall people wait until the very last min to tell someone. The numerology clinic said yes ur referral expired back in June. We are in November yall should let people know when their referral has expired. Because of last min phone calls I couldn't get a referral and the rescheduled appt time in in August of next year 2024.... This clinc needs to keep up with their patience and their needs...... Maybe yall provide sucky service and God is telling me not to go else where..... Get it to together uams"
"I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND UAMS!!! Everyone is very friendly, professional, and know what they were doing. That's including the front desks, nurse, PCPs, and Neurologist. I tried to find great doctors who were amazing at what they did, and that I felt completely comfortable with for a long time. I found them all at UAMS, and have been very grateful and proud to be a patient. My dad and I have imformed many people of their outstanding, professional, top of the line work. We have never had any issue. Everytime I've come in, whether it was to the Neurology clinic, to see my PCP, or even the ER, anyone involved always made sure to get me what I truly needed, and what was best for me in a very timely manner. It's a blessing to be a patient of such an amazing place. Especially, one that truly cares about their patients, and has saved my life! God bless them all!"
