"I had to wait 11 minutes for a Whopper Junior and the sheriff that ordered behind me that had a Double Whopper with bacon and Fries got his order first with an apology of sorry about the wait. I asked the girl at the counter how come I didn't get an apology about the wait and how come he got his food first and she had no words. Not very well managed but the only reason I came here is cuz Whataburger was packed. This is why you guys can't do competitive service in this area!"

"Better than the last burger king I went to. I liked the bacon swiss chicken sandwich I ordered. I would eat that again. Got my husband's order wrong but fixed it. They did well with a large group that came in."

"Bring a magazine if you ever order here. The wait times are ridiculous! Half an hour for a Bacon King and fries just for one. Any time I go in here, I have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes at the counter for someone to help me. Manager is also hateful to DoorDashers. You can also hear the manager screaming at employees through the whole restaurant like a drill sergeant."

"Went in shortly after 7:00 a.m. Lady waiting on counter inside was rude, hateful to my husband who is 73 yrs old. She doesn't need to talk to him like he is a child. She was too busy waiting on her kids & spouse to try& take our order. I will NOT do business with this business again. She needs to remember the customer is always right. She is just a nasty, hateful person that doesn't need to be working in the public. Cancelled order. Went to McDonald's down the street & received excellent service & food was hot."
