"I was disappointed. My bill was $26 for my wife and I. I paid the lady $30 told her keep the change and we waited 10mins or so for our food. I ordered a burger (it was good) but was not informed it didn't come with fries ($10). My wife ordered the shrimp basket, it had 10 fried shrimp as expected but the fries (all 9 of them) were disappointing to say the least. 2 small malts were good (what we came for). 1st time back since new owners took over. Sadly we probably won't be back again due to value for our $."

"With all the 5-star reviews, I guess we expected something better. We ordered 3 small snacks (fries, tots, mozzarella sticks), 2 cones, and milkshake. It took well over 30 minutes for this small order. After waiting that long and the near perfect reviews, I guess I expected something phenomenal. One cone was half-melted when they gave it to us, the other cone and milkshake were fine. The tots and fries were over cooked and didn’t have a grain of salt on any of them. The mozzarella sticks were at least edible."
