"I scheduled an appointment for my daughter at the Clearwater location. She's only 4 and was so nervous to go. We were called the morning of the appointment, stating they had someone call in sick and rescheduled us to a different time. We arrived for our appointment and the receptionist informed us we actually had an appointment at a different location as whoever rescheduled us relocated our appointment, apparently! I even confirmed the phone number I had called to schedule the appontment was the Clearwater location. What a mess! We will take our dental business elsewhere."
