"Avoid this place. Even after arriving 15 minutes early to the appointment as recommended, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to be called back to the dentist. My spouse's first appointment took 1.5 hours and his second appointment was 30 minutes and the dentist charged insurance for services that were not provided. I chose not to get x-rays this time and they denied service."

"The periodontist and dental tech were good. They worked well together and were responsive to my needs, and explained what they would be doing. That said, the office team was terrible at communication and in patient support. Other than my follow up in a month, I will never return there. Very poor customer service from all three office staff. The receptionist first confirmed my extraction. I wasn’t having an extraction. Then she confirmed my bone graft. I wasn’t having a bone graft. Third time she got it right, and it didn’t seem to bother her at all. This happened on two occasions within a few days. Not confidence building. The staff didn’t communicate information from one to another. It took multiple calls from me to get to get an appointment booked, and to get an estimate of the cost. When I did get the estimate there were two charges duplicated with no explanation that they do this in case additional areas need treatment. The teeth listed for gum tissue grafts were also incorrect. Then the $100 credit was not reflected on the bill. I addressed this at the front desk. Then, While in the dental chair about to begin the surgery, I was presented with the final bill. $100 deposit still not included and a brand new charge was added for a consultation. No mention that a new charge had been added. If I had not reviewed each line item, I would not have known this charge was slipped in. By the end of my experience interacting with them I had no confidence at all in information being correctly relayed, or in their concern for my comfort. I felt that there was no awareness or consideration of a patient feeling vulnerable as they are preparing for a major dental procedure. Consistently inaccurate, poorly communicated and lack of attention to details. Steer clear if you can. I see that the same automated response has been pushed out in response to my post as it has for others. I guess I would have been surprised if a staff member actually replied to the negative reviews. Looks like they see them, as some positive reviews had personal responses."

"I typically refrain from giving negative feedback, but this time I felt compelled to do so due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I received a call a day before my appointment, suggesting I either cancel or reschedule. Despite having prior commitments for my son's appointments and school schedule, I agreed to come at a different time. The person on the phone suggested arriving at 11:30 AM, with a 10-15 minute wait for the doctor. I arrived at 11:37 AM, only to find that the office staff was unaware of the rescheduling and treated me rudely, insisting I cancel or reschedule due to a 7-minute delay. A more polite approach, acknowledging their scheduling error, would have been appreciated."
