"Waited in the drive thru 10-15 minutes . We were the only car left while the car in front was discussing an issue with the pharmacist. I pulled around to the open lane as we were the last car. There were a number of pharmacist inside but none would recognize us even though we continuedto ring the buzzer. They placed a sign in the window that said closed 2-20-24 at 6:00PM. They normally close at 7:00. If they have an earlier closing time it should be posted in a SIGN prior to getting to the window and being ignored. We are there for medication that's needed asap we're not there shopping for clothes."

"At this point just shut the pharmacy down PERMANENTLY. This isn’t a restaurant that just happens to be out of your favorite appetizer, this is a medical facility that holds consumer life or death medications. There’s no excuse for anyone to go 3 plus days without being able to retrieve their medications. Im starting to believe that keeping this location open is all about greed! Let it go and shut it down. Im tired of having to call my doctor and have them transfer my medications from one walgreens to another. Time to just leave the Walgreens franchise altogether."

"Pharmacy is terrible they might as well close it down the workers are sorry today they closed at 5:00pm 2 hours early and I walked in at 5:04 pm due to my daughter having an ear infection… I never received a text message notification about my daughter prescription or anything I called 2 hours straight before going up there because the line always wrapped around the building to make sure her prescription would be ready"

"This Walgreens on Jacksonville AR is ABSOLUTELY the worst pharmacy. Just today I was put on hold, hung up on and just no answer (period). My total time on phone trying to speak to someone was 5 different times was 6hrs and 36mins, plus tried to go through store manager to speak to pharmacy and was hung up on 3times. How do they plan on keeping doirs open if they cant take care business..
