"My son an emergency patients with a broken tooth that caused him lots of pain came to Park Dental Big Lake. All he wanted was to get his tooth pulled so the pain can go away. He told them he doesn't have insurance but willing to make payment arrangements. Instead they took ex-ray saw him less then 20 min told him his pain level is a 10 which is very high pain and told him they can't do anything for him and gave him a bill of $218 which he paid in full. I wondering was he denied the help because he had no insurance. They sent him away to go make appt with Monticello surgeon place to get his tooth pulled not knowing when he will get in but in the mean time his pain level is still a 10 or more now. I hope my son doesn't end up getting infection. Very bad service especially this is an emergency!"

"I wanted to get established with a dentist in the state after moving here, after hearing great things from my friend and her whole family I decided to make the drive. I live in Sartell but will continue to make the drive down! All of the team members were extremely pleasant to work with (especially at 7AM) and didn’t let me be confused on anything. I don’t know many people in the state yet but I will be recommending anyone who asks for a dentist."
