"I ordered a salad. The first thing the sandwiches maker said, we don't chop the salad anymore. So I changed my order to a sandwich. I blame this on management. Not on the employees. Subway are locally owned and operated. Owners do better."

"Normally, I'm pretty easy to get along with. Unfortunately, it seems time has shifted the emphasis in food service customer service from an all around pleasant experience, to only really about the food, and all too often, even THAT is a stretch. My experience in this subway tonight was exactly what I've just described. The young lady dressing the sandwiches was rude... Obviously irritated by my presence a half hour before close, as indicated by her attitude, and total lack of response when I apologized for walking on her freshly mopped floor. She just scowled at me and said "How many sandwiches?" The experience didn't get any better, in fact it just went downhill from there. The food wasn't as fresh as I have come to expect from a restaurant that boasts about their product freshness. Brown lettuce isn't what I would call fresh, and the bread was hard. Then, as I sit in my car and write this review, she locked the door, turned the open sign off, and shut the lights in the lobby down... At 8:40. The hours are plainly posted in the window, with closing time of 9:00 pm. If this subway is yours... I hope this sheds some light on some things for you. I likely won't make the trip here again."

"Pictured is what was left of my 6 inch sub after I removed the bread with No tuna. I order toasted and it was not even warm. Definitely DO NOT recommend!!"
