"The guy said he would have my car done by the next day if I brought it in that evening. Also cause of the issues my car was having I had told him I just had an oil change 3 days ago. Ok well of course I expected him to call me the next day weather my car was done or not. Well he did NOT call me. The weekend then came and then Monday I figured I would give him until Tuesday and then I would call. He never did call me and when I went to get my car they told me he gave me an oil change!!!! I of course said something about it. He said it is because my car needs thicker oil I should add that it is winter. Ok YES he is right but I chose the thinner oil for my own reasons grrrrrrr!! I usually see the best in people and the guy was Not wrong. Mabye he was being a good guy and looking after me. But he should have called me lol he should have called. He should have talked to me about it before changing my oil he knew it was fresh!!"
