"I used to love going to Turbo Nails in Chanhassen ! I was so upset the last time I went there, the nail tech, literally cut down both sides of my fingernails and toenails. There was nothing wrong with them. I was horrified my skin laid back looking raw. I left the next day for a trip. When I came back, I Immediately went in to say some thing and have the nail polish taken off! There was no explanation! no apology! and NO REASON WHY! DO NOT LET THEM PULL YOUR SKIN BACK AND CUT THE SIDES OF YOUR NAILS!! I have never gone back!! And because of no apology I will never go back!"

"Unfortunately have to make a bad review, which I don’t like doing. Awful experience. Not greeted kindly. Rushed to pick a color. I got gel nails and 2 days later almost every finger had a chip. Also, the paint did not cover my entire nail, therefore not even a week later all of the polish is off. Gel is supposed to last 3 weeks. Will never be going back to this salon."
