"Oh wow, I had a review posted on 12/1 but it somehow got removed. I had the most horrible experience here. A picture is worth a thousand words, so please see included (from the day of service). My cuticles are flooded, polish is on the skin, cuticles/heels are not clean, and the service was rushed. I paid for an upgraded pedicure with gel and was out within 20-30 minutes. I embarrassingly paid almost $70 ($10 tip) for this just to have it removed. They don't offer refunds, so I didn't get one even though I requested a partial refund (gel paint), but happily got my toes done elsewhere. Everyone I showed my toes to said, "wow, those are really bad!" lol Please note that a bunch of their reviewers only have 1 review. I would take that into account before coming here. Customer service is terrible. They reached out, ignored me, didn't refund me, and then the nail tech reached out to me to remove my review (they gave out my number). Horribly unprofessional. The place is clean, there are lots of colors - but I would avoid."
