"When I called I informed the front desk that I’m looking for a medical grade pedicure.. I have diabetes and need a little extra care with my feet.. the lady that helped me was grate I am very grateful she scrubbed my feed very well they are extremely soft and look good, I don’t understand if there was a miscommunication but my cuticles were not cut at all and nothing was cleaned from inside my nails.. I think if I’m paying over 100 I should get my cuticles cut and the corners of my big toes cleaned and non of that was done, if I’m paying 115 I think those things should be included. The technician did give me an amazing massage and painted my nails good. Just wish I knew I could have paid around 60 at a regular salon and gotten so much more."
