"I’ve worked as a receptionist at a salon before, so I completely understand mistakes happen when it comes to scheduling. I also saw all of the amazing reviews and was genuinely excited to give them my business! However, I feel really disappointed with how I was cared for. I’m in town from LA and called on a Friday to see if they could schedule me for a facial. I asked simply when the next available appointment was and that seemed to really perplex the receptionist. Luckily though, there was an opening the following morning. I confirmed the time twice and hung up. The next morning, there were no available Uber’s, so I biked in a giant thunderstorm in order to get there by 9am. Walk in, was barely greeted, wasn’t offered a beverage, and was sitting there soaking wet (no offer for a towel). The receptionist said the esthetician hadn’t arrived yet. I waited another 10 minutes until it was discovered I had been booked for a random day the following week. When I booked the appointment, it was very clear I was only in town for a limited amount of time, so I don’t understand how she got the dates so confused. I was offered another appointment in several days, but I felt hesitant to come back."
