"I recently purchased a vehicle at Alexandria Motor Company and Luis Otto made the purchase experience very easy. I was just driving through the lot and got out to get a closer look and Luis approached me and asked if I had questions. I didn’t have vehicle in mind, and had just started my search. He gave me his card and my husband and I returned later that afternoon. We never felt pressured by Luis or anyone else at the dealership. He asked us what we were looking for and presented us with a variety of options. He didn’t try to persuade us to purchase a specific vehicle, but gave us options and let us take our time. We test drove a vehicle and looked at a couple more, but it was late in the day so we planned to return the next day. Luis was prepared for our return the following day. He had a vehicle warmed up and ready for us when we arrived. We test drove that vehicle and wanted to test drive another. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer the questions we had. He then stepped away so we could discuss the two vehicles in private. I really appreciated this approach because we didn’t feel pressured into making a choice. I ultimately decided to purchase a 2020 Mazda CX-9, and the process was very smooth. We worked with Jack, in the finance department, and Luis was there with us through the entire process. Great customer service and this is our second vehicle purchase from Alexandria Motors. We would highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are looking to make a vehicle purchase."
